Lane offers tuition assistance to *salaried professionals who want to enroll in higher education programs. Upon successful completion, employees will be reimbursed tuition fees (up to an established maximum) for associated courses related to their current or future role and which lead to an associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, or master’s degree from an accredited school

* All regular, active, full-time employees of Lane who are in good standing and have completed at least 90 consecutive days of employment are eligible to apply.
